Tracking Root Hackers for 20 years
We have been collecting originating IP information on "root" hackers for more than 20 years. Just like spamhaus or other anti-spam tracking sites you can check our system for an IP and if it listed we have received hard evidence of a "root-level" hack attempt from that IP address.
We have systems all over the globe that we track these attempts. Nobody else has ever done this and we have been waiting a long time to unveil this system. We cannot tell you what to do, but if we ever receive a "root-level" hack attempt from an IP address we permanently ban it on our firewalls so that it may not contact us in any way ever again. It doesn't matter that it may have been compromised... It can no longer be trusted. The Internet community as a whole and government agencies that could actually do something; refuse to do anything about the hacking threat predominantly coming from China or China-compromised systems within the United States.

If you want to stop hackers we are the first system of our kind open to the general public. If your IP or network is listed here, we do not remove IP's from this list unless we are contacted by a Tier-1 ISP. If the IP shows up a second time in a 6 month period we will never remove it again.
